Franklin Doh is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Fundwise Africa Procurement Advisory, a U.S.-based procurement and supply chain consulting firm dedicated to helping organizations strengthen procurement systems, improve operational efficiency, manage supplier relationships, and ensure compliance with international best practices.
With a multidisciplinary background in law, business, and procurement, Franklin brings a practical, results-driven approach to solving complex procurement and supply chain challenges. He advises organizations on strategic sourcing, contract management, supplier performance, procurement policy development, risk management, and supply chain optimization.
Franklin holds a Master of Laws (LL.M.) from Penn State Dickinson Law, a Master of Business Administration (MBA), and a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.). He is also a Certified International Procurement Specialist and is pursuing a Ph.D. in International Law.
His professional experience spans the nonprofit, faith-based, and international development sectors, where he has supported procurement operations, contract administration, vendor management, and organizational compliance. His legal and procurement expertise enables him to help clients make informed decisions while promoting transparency, accountability, and value for money.
As a bilingual professional fluent in English and French, Franklin works with clients across the United States and Africa, providing practical procurement solutions tailored to each organization’s unique goals and operating environment.
Through Fundwise Africa Procurement Advisory, his mission is to empower businesses, nonprofits, governments, and development partners with innovative, ethical, and sustainable procurement strategies that strengthen organizational performance and deliver lasting impact.
